On Tuesday night, I thought it would be fun to take Ian to see the Easter Bunny at the mall. We took him to see Santa at Christmas, but he was only 2.5 months old at that time. He just kind of sat in Santa's arms...not too interested. You always see the kids that get upset by large, costumed creatures, so I wasn't sure what to expect now that Ian is older.
Fortunately, he was in a good mood that night, and we went right after dinner. When he saw the bunny, he just felt the fur and smiled! The photographer and I just called his name and made goofy noises to get him to smile. He grinned from ear to ear! It was so cute! All of the people around the Easter display were oooing and awwing because Ian was so smiley. I was definitely a proud mama! We got several cute pics, and it was hard to choose. Here is the one I picked! It will definitely go in the baby book! ;)
