Moore Tornado

Such devastation! This is a pic that my friend, Ashtin Taylor, sent me. She works at a Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market pharmacy in Moore. She was not at work on 5/20/13 when the tornado hit, but this is the view outside of her store. It represent the tragic loss of many homes and lives. My prayers are with all of those affected, and all of the caring volunteers.

All Fenced In!

 

 

We have been toying with the idea if getting a fence ever since we bought our house. After we got the playhouse, I realized that it wasn't as fun as I had hoped because I was having to follow Ian around everywhere to ensure he didn't run to the front (and the street)! We decided to go for it, and we are really happy with the results! It was just completed on Tuesday, and we've been outside every evening since then. Tonight, we babysat the Lucas kids, and everyone had a blast being able to run free.  Well...except the babies, but they enjoyed being outside and watching the crazy, older kiddos. :)
